Zoom integration — HireNUp CRM

This guide explains how to install, use, and uninstall the Zoom integration for HireNUp CRM (HireNUp).

1. Prerequisites

  • An active HireNUp CRM account
  • A Zoom account (Basic or higher)

2. Technical endpoints (Zoom Marketplace)

  • OAuth Redirect URL:
    https://zirve.hirenup.com/api/auth/zoom/callback
  • Configure / Landing: https://zirve.hirenup.com/dashboard/integrations
  • Deauthorization notification endpoint: https://zirve.hirenup.com/api/webhooks/zoom
  • Scopes: user:read:user, meeting:write:meeting

3. How to add the app (install)

  1. Sign in at https://zirve.hirenup.com/giris (magic link or reviewer login if provided for review).
  2. Open Integrations: https://zirve.hirenup.com/dashboard/integrations
  3. Click Connect with Zoom.
  4. On zoom.us, sign in with your own Zoom account and approve permissions.
  5. After success, your personal meeting link (if any) may be stored for appointments.

4. How to use the integration

  1. Open CRM Pipeline and open a contact card.
  2. Go to the Appointment tab.
  3. Select Zoom as the meeting type.
  4. Enter date and time. If Zoom is connected, the app can create a meeting link; you may also paste a link manually.

5. How to remove the app and delete data

5.1 Remove from Zoom

  1. Go to marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed
  2. Find HireNUp CRM (or your app name) → Remove
  3. Zoom sends a deauthorization webhook; we delete Zoom tokens for your organization.

5.2 Disconnect inside HireNUp CRM

  1. Integrations → Disconnect Zoom

5.3 Full account data deletion

6. Troubleshooting

  • redirect_uri mismatch (4.700): Redirect URL in Zoom App Credentials must match https://zirve.hirenup.com/api/auth/zoom/callback exactly.
  • invalid_client: Check ZOOM_CLIENT_ID and ZOOM_CLIENT_SECRET on the server (Production credentials for review).
  • Cannot connect in Development mode: Add your email to Zoom Marketplace → Beta Test list.
